Mayor Carlo DeMaria Jr., Patrolman Jermaine Bellard, Chief Mazzie, Bishop Brown and Alderman President Joseph McGonagle

EVERETT – The Board of Aldermen unanimously appointed Officer Jermaine Bellard as a patrolman to the Everett Police Department.  Mayor Carlo DeMaria, Police Chief Steven Mazzie and Bishop Robert G. Brown, the EPD Chaplain, were on hand to congratulate the newest member of the department.

Chelsea man arraigned in brutal January homicide in Everett
