Gaslight Lynnfield to Join Smolak Farms Whim Dinner Series on June 29

NORTH ANDOVER Gaslight Lynnfield is teaming up with Smolak Farms for an authentic farm-to-table dinner on Wednesday, June 29. The meal is part of Smolak’s ongoing Whim Dinner Series with Chef de Cuisine Stephen Morlino will prepare a four-course, farm-to-table dinner in the rough using Smolak’s seasonally fresh fruits, berries and vegetables.

Spend an evening under the stars at Smolak’s North Andover fields where Chef Morlino will greet guests with Smolak Farms’ Truffled Eggs featuring truffled mayonnaise and celery heart. The menu continues with Smolak Farms’ Greek Salad that includes Smolak romaine, tomato, cucumber, pickled chili, green onion & creamy goats milk feta.

 

Guests will move on to a Marinated Local Wild Striped Bass served with Smolak Farms’ summer ratatouille followed by Grilled Brandt Prime Coullotte Steak with grilled Smolak corn, exotic mushrooms and a black truffle vinaigrette.

 

Of course, the evening must conclude on a sweet note with a Brittany Style Pound Cake topped with Smolak raspberries and cream.
