Whim at Smolak Farms Brings Guest Chefs to Farm for Unique Dinner
NORTH ANDOVER – Whim at Smolak Farms is once again bringing guests a one of a kind, magnificent farm-to-table meal with help from great chefs like Danny Levesque of Davios Lynnfield. Celebrating the fifth year, tickets are now on sale for the highly successful dinner series featuring a lineup chocked full of talented guest chefs who will utilize produce from the North Andover farm.
“We’re taking the best food in the city and bringing it to a more rustic and relaxed setting. Top that off with the fact that each dinner supports a great cause and you really can’t beat it,” said Smolak Farms owner Michael Smolak.
The one-of-a-kind experience includes menus designed by the “Whim” of the guest chef with each incorporating the best produce of the season from Smolak Farms. Chefs will create a four-course meal that may include specialties such as lobster, tenderloin of beef, pork, salmon, and more.
The 2015 guest chef line-up includes Chef Danny Azarello of Burtons Grill, Chef Peter Davis of Henrietta’s Table, Chef Mathew Mahoney of The Butcher Shop, Chef Jay Murray of Grill 23, Chef Danny Levesque of Davios Nothern Italian Steakhouse, Chef Eric Brennan of Post 390 and Chef Mark Sapienza of The Langham. The events will pair culinary students from The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts alongside the chefs to smoothly and successfully execute each guests’ dinner.
Dress is casual, and guests are reminded that gratuity and beverages are not included, however paired wines, beer and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. Only one menu will be presented with no substitutions.
