March Meatball Madness Celebrates Release of Salem Author’s Cookbook
SALEM – With National Meatball Day on March 9, several Salem restaurants, the Peabody Essex Museum with Creative Salem, and Wicked Good Books are celebrating local author Adeline Lutts Myers and her tremendously delicious cookbook, Global Meatballs.
The traditional Italian meatball in red sauce is something special to many, but Adeline’s collection takes the iconic dish on a global trek that offers opportunities for home cooks at all levels to create inspiring dishes that will impress your family and friends. She even goes beyond simply offering a basic how-to for each dish with a collection of techniques that are truly necessary to perfect each variation offered.
March Meatball Madness is showcasing Adeline and her collection of more than 100 recipes across the city this month, including special meatball offerings at several of Salem’s tastiest restaurants, two books signings, and a demonstration at this month’s PEM/PM: Artopia.
Special meatball offerings will be featured at the following restaurants through Sun. March 8, 2015. Please be sure to check with the restaurants for specific details.
