Opening Day of Ansel Adams Exhibit
The beautiful images of the American landscape shot by one of the world’s best loved photographers are coming to the North Shore! Celebrating [Ansel] Adams is an exhibit not to be missed. Adams was an American photographer and environmentalist who passed away in 1984, best known for his black and white photographs of the American West, especially of Yosemite National Park. The resulting clarity and depth of his photos ultimately became a new and distinct category of photographs. Adam’s stunning images of America’s mountains and rivers can absolutely take your breath away.

From 3 to 5PM, there will be a film presentation by Michael Dow, doctoral candidate at New York University and teacher of film and animation studies at Northeastern University.
