Mosquitoes test positive for West Nile in Malden, Medford, Saugus (Boston.com)
MALDEN/MEDFORD – The Mass. Department of Public Health reported findings of West Nile virus in two mosquito pools in Andover and one in Saugus last Friday, after identifying two infested pools in Malden last Thursday and one in Medford.
David Henley of the East Middlesex Mosquito Control Project reported the positive samples were taken from the same catch basins in the eastern end of Malden. The Medford finding came near the Winchester border.
